TRUMANN ? Trumann council members voted unanimously Tuesday to condemn a residence that the city?s code enforcement director said is a trouble spot. Council members voted to condemn the property at 331 Gum St. in Trumann because of broken windows, the ceiling falling down and walls falling in.
